Carrot-potato sabzi in tomato sauce recipe-
Fried cauliflower battered in the chickpeas recipe-
Lemon rice recipe-
Side dish from red lentils and coconut milk recipe-
ground Roman caraway spice - jeera0.5tsp½teaspoon
ground coriander spice 0.25tsp¼teaspoon
imalayan salt0.5tsp½teaspoon
mint-
sterilized pineapple - rings7oz200grams
sugar cane1tsp1teaspoon
yoghurt natural8.75oz250grams

 

Recipe

1. 

ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 0.5 tsp  ground coriander spice  0.25 tsp  imalayan salt 0.5 tsp

Put pepper and salt into a bowl.

2. 

yoghurt natural 8.75 oz (250 g)  sterilized pineapple - rings 7 oz (200 g)

Add yogurt and mix. Cut one pineapple and add to the yogurt.

3. 

sugar cane 1 tsp  mint

If you like, you can add a little cane sugar and finely chopped fresh mint.
