Pineapple sauce with yogurt recipe-
Vegetable curry recipe-
chilli pepper0.25tsp¼teaspoon
ginger-root0.25oz10grams
ground white pepper0.25tsp¼teaspoon
lemon-
nectarines12.25oz350grams
sugar cane1tbsp1tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

nectarines 12.25 oz (350 g)

Wash nectarines and cut them finely.

2. 

ginger-root 0.25 oz (10 g)  sugar cane 1 tbsp  ground white pepper 0.25 tsp  chilli pepper 0.25 tsp

Add cleaned, grated ginger, sugar and spices.

3. 

Cook it soft and let it evaporate, until the sauce thickens.

4.

Add the juice from one lemon.

5. 

Put the chutney into closable glass into cold.
