semi skimmed milk 1,5%-
sunflower oil-

Recipe

1. 

minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  garlic 4 cloves  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 1 tsp  vegetable salt 1 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

2. 

white roll 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5%

Soak two white rolls in a milk. Squeeze them properly and add to the meat.

3. 

oregano

Finally, add chopped fresh oregano.

4.

Put half of the mixture onto the greased baking sheet and place half of the boiled eggs on the mixture.

Cover it with the other half of the mixture and adjust to the shape of rolls.

sunflower oil

Gently rub the surface of the rolls with oil. Pour the water and bake at 390°F (200°C) C for 50-60 minutes.

Rolls can be decorated with fried onion rings.
