Excellent cake from the gentle pound-caked dough, stuffed with bananas and chocolate cream with sour-cream and chocolate topping.

Recipe

1. 

chicken egg 8 pcs  sugar granulated 8 tbsp  vanilla sugar 1 pc  sunflower oil 2 tbsp  all-purpose flour / plain flour 8 tbsp  baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 pk

We divide yolks from the egg whites. We scramble the yolks with granulated and vanilla sugar, add oil, flour with baking powder and we finally carefully mix in the whipped snow from the egg whites.

2.

The baked pie we tilt and let it become cold. We longitudinally split the bananas on the half and we put them on the pound cake.

3. Preparation for the cream

chicken egg 3 pcs  sugar granulated 5.25 oz (150 g)  flour medium 2 tbsp  cocoa powder 2 tbsp

We give the eggs, sugar, flour and cacao to the bowl and we scramble it over the steam until the mixture will be thick. We let it become cold.

4. 

unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)

To the chilled mash we gradually add softened butter and cream we smoothly whisk by and electric beater.

5. 

We evenly slush the cream on the bananas. We align the surface of the pie and give him to the fridge.

6. Preparation for the topping

cooking chocolate 3.5 oz (100 g)  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 3.5 oz (100 g)

During the permanent mixing over the steam we dissolve the chocolate, suffuse it with sour cream and we scramble it for the moment, until the mixture will be connected.

7. 

We slop the chocolate topping on the pie and we let it solidify in the cold.

8.

We slice the cake on the cubes. We can decorate it by hearts, which we´ve cut out by mold from marzipan mass. It´s possible to buy it like semifinished product or we prepare our own false marzipan follows: from the milk-powder, powdered sugar and hardened fat we process the stiffer mass, which we spread and we can cut out the decorations.
