Banana crepes

Recipe
1. Making dough
banana 2 pcs • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml) • chicken egg 2 pcs • powdered sugar 1 tbsp • ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp • salt 0.25 tsp • all-purpose flour / plain flour 14 oz (400 g)
Mix sliced bananas, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add flour gradually until the dough thickens properly. Mixture should be just so dense that it hold together when fried. When pncakes are tearing, add mour flour to the dough.

Pour a dough onto a hot pan and help it to spread all over the bottom by tilting the pan. When dough is properly brown on the bottom and around the edges, pour some oil to the pan to release the pancake. Turn it and fry ontheother side until golden brown.
3. Serving
Serve pancakes according to your fantasy. From the easiest pancakes sprinkled with sugar, chocolate or cinnamon, through brushed with jam, nutella or filled with fresh fruit to decoration with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
