Recipe

1. 

onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  cream curd cheese 2.75 oz (80 g)  unsalted butter 1.5 oz (40 g)

Mix butter with smooth cream cheese. Add finely chopped half of a small onion.

2. 

Hermelin cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  salami, mortadella 1.75 oz (50 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  ground black pepper  salt

Grind Camembert cheese, salami and hard boiled egg and mix it with butter and cream cheese mixture. Season the spread with salt and ground black pepper.
