Recipe

cauliflower 1 pc • broccoli 1 pc
Rinse cauliflower and broccoli under tap water and chop into small pieces.

Add cauliflower and broccoli, fry for a while and add water. Braise covered for about 20 minutes until almost tender.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • chicken egg 2 pcs • flour medium 4 tbsp • breadcrumbs 4 tbsp • Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g) • baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 tsp
Meanwhile stir in a bowl milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, breadcrumbs and finely grated cheese.

Add this prepared mixture to the braised cauliflower and broccoli mixture.

Season with salt, mixed dried vegetables, pepper, nutmeg and stir well.

Place the cooked fritters on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve with mashed potatoes and favorite vegetables.
