Recipe
1. Dough preparation
pastry flour / soft flour 1.5 lb (700 g) • powdered sugar 8.75 oz (250 g) • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g) • chicken egg 3 pcs • bicarbonate 2 tsp • baking powder 1 pk • honey 2 tbsp • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 5 tbsp
From all ingredients work the smooth dough. Leave covered dough to rest for an hour. Then work it again divided into small loaves.

Roll out on floured pastry board into the thickness of about 0,5 cm.
3. Cutting
Cut with various cookie cutters.
4. Baking
egg yolk 1 pc • sunflower oil
Place honey cookies on the greased tray, brush with beaten egg and bake for 10 minutes at 355°F (180°C).
5. Decorating
After baking decorate the cookies with topping, chocolate or according to your fantasy.
