Recipe

1. Dough preparation

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  powdered sugar 3.5 oz (100 g)  Chocolate Pudding - powder 2.5 oz (74 g)  vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (16 g)  ground cinnamon 1 tbsp  unsalted butter 7 oz (200 g)  chicken egg 1 pc

Mix to combine flour with sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Add butter and egg. Work the dough and let it rest in the cold place for about one hour.

2. Pushing through a garlic press

Take off small pieces of dough and push them through the garlic press in the baking tin with parchment paper. Form small balls.

3. Baking

Decorate the balls with icing pearls, bake at 355°F (180°C) 10 minutes.
