Recipe

1. Creamed spinach

frozen spinach with cream 2 lb (900 g)  salt 1 tsp  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  corn starch 1 oz (30 g)  garlic 3 cloves

Place frozen semi-product into the saucepan, add salt and melt by slow heating. Blend corn starch in a milk and pour into the thawed creamed spinach. Cook until thicken. Finally add pressed cloves of garlic.

2. Cooking of potatoes

potatoes 2 lb (900 g)  water  salt 1.5 tsp  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp  unsalted butter

Peel the potatoes, chop into the moon shape pieces, cook in a water with salt and caraway. After it is cooked, drain it and add knob of butter into the potatoes.

3. Fried egg

chicken egg 6 pcs  sunflower oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)  vegetable salt

In a bowl brake the eggs. Heat the oil in a skillet, add eggs, salt and cover with the lid. Make the fried eggs.
