Recipe

1. 

turkey thigh boneless 1.3 lb (600 g)  ground red paprika 1 tsp  pepper curry 2 tsp  olive oil 4 tbsp

Wash turkey leg and cut it into cubes. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with ground red pepper and pepper curry. Pour oil in and mix. Marinate it in the cold place for at least 2 hours.

onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  garlic 3 cloves  olive oil 1 tbsp

Cook in a little oil peeled and chopped onion with peeled and chopped garlic.

3. 

salt 1 tsp

Add marinated meat together with marinade and sautee the meat. Season with salt.

4. 

water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Pour the meat over with hot water and braise covered one hour while stirring occasionally.

5. 

corn sterilized 7 oz (200 g)

Once the meat is soft, stir in sweet corn.

6. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1 oz (25 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 7 oz (200 g)

Thicken it with flour mixed with milk and sour cream.
