Recipe

1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.2 lb (560 g)  powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g)  unsalted butter 11.75 oz (330 g)  egg yolk 2 pcs  vanilla sugar 2 pk  lemon peel 1 tsp

Mix to combine all the ingredients, knead smooth dough and let it cool. Use rolling pin to spread the dough on floured board until it is about 3-4 mm thick.

Cut the dough with forms of different shapes, so that there is a small hole in the upper part of the cookie and full bottom part.

3. 

Bake at 355°F (180°C) for about 7 minutes, pastry should be pale.

plum jam 14 oz (400 g)  cinnamon sugar 2 tsp

Mix to combine damson cheese with cinnamon sugar.

5. 

Spread damson cheese over the bottom part and stick it with the upper part.

6. 

vanilla sugar  powdered sugar

Coat such stuck together pastry with mixture of vanilla and powder sugar.
