Recipe

Crush the garlic clove.

2. 

breadcrumbs 1 tbsp  basil  salt  ground white pepper  olive oil 2 tbsp

Prepare the mixture of garlic, breadcrumbs, basil, salt, black pepper and olive oil.

3. 

squid 1.3 lb (600 g)

Wash full-dressed calamari in clean water.

4. 

Slightly brush calamari with breadcrumb mixture and push thin layer inside.

5. 

Broil on all sides for 5 minutes.
