chicken leg quarters 4 pcs  salt 2 tsp  ground red paprika 2 tsp  ground ginger 1 tsp  ground white pepper 1 tsp  honey  1.5 tbsp  ginger-root 0.75 oz (20 g)  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)

Wash the chicken legs and salt on all sides. Sprinkle with ground red paprika, ground ginger and pepper on all sides too. Place into the roasting dish, pour the honey over the surface and place slices of peeled fresh ginger on the legs. Pour in a water. Roast covered over the medium temperature for about an hour since time when water in roasting dish starts boiling. Then uncover tender meat and let it roast for a while.
