Recipe

kohlrabi 7 oz (200 g) • potatoes 5.25 oz (150 g)
Peel and slice the kohlrabi. Clean potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)
In a saucepan melt the butter and add kohlrabi. Stir and fry for a few moment.

chicken egg 1 pc • semolina 1 oz (30 g)
Mix semolina with egg and toss pieces of batter into the soup.
