Recipe

1. 

pasta - Spaghetti 7 oz (200 g)  water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Cook spaghetti (as directed) in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

2. 

garlic 4 cloves

Cut garlic cloves into slices.

3. 

olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Fry garlic on low medium heat until turns crispy and golden.

4. 

Drain the spaghetti.

5. 

fresh chili pepper  ground black pepper  salt

Put spaghetti back into dry pot and pour oil with garlic. Add chilli, black pepper and salt. Gently stir.

6. 

parsley leaves

Serve topped with chopped parsley.
