Recipe
1. Dough and baking
chicken egg 6 pcs • powdered sugar 6 tbsp • cocoa powder 2 tbsp • baking powder for gingerbread 1 pinch • flour medium 4 tbsp
Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add gradually stiff beaten egg whites, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Pour the batter into the baking tray covered by greased baking paper or aluminium foil and bake at medium temperature for about 15 minutes.

After baking, roll the dough and let it cool. It holds better shape after filling with cream.
3. Filling
unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g) • vanilla sugar 2 pcs • powdered sugar 4 tbsp
Blend butter with icing and vanilla sugar.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 7 tbsp • ground walnuts 5.25 oz (150 g)
Pour hot milk over the walnuts and when cold stir into the butter.

Unroll cooled dough, spread filling over the inner side, place bananas accross the filling.

Roll dough again.

If the filling remains spread it over the top of roulade and pour chocolate topping over.
