Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  sugar granulated 4.5 oz (125 g)  vanilla sugar 1 pc  ground walnuts 4.5 oz (125 g)  egg yolk 1 pc

Mix to combine softened margarine, flour, sugar, ground walnuts and egg yolk and knead the dough, then let it rest in the cold place for a while.

2. 

Use a rolling pin to spread the dough on a floured board until it is about 0,5 cm thick and cut out any shapes of it.

3. 

Place the cut out dough on baking tin and bake in the oven at 355°F (180°C) for about 7 minutes.

4. 

When finished, let it cool for a while.

5. 

nutty cream

Spread cream on top of the pastry and stick every two pieces to each other.

6. 

chocolate topping

Pour chocolate topping on top of it.
