Cherry Cake

Recipe for the preparation of a quick cake from cherries over the custard from sour cream.

1. 

flour fine 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)  butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  salt 1 pinch

Mix the above mentioned ingredients to prepare „pâte à foncer" dough. Start with beating softened butter with sugar. Stir in egg and salt. Gradually add sieved flour. Place the prepared dough into refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Gradually press the dough into the pan cake.

3. 

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 14 oz (400 g)  sugar granulated 2 tbsp  vanilla pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g)

Whisk sour cream, sugar and custard powder together.

4. 

Pour the sour cream mixture over the dough.

cherries 8.75 oz (250 g)  sugar granulated 1 tsp  ground cinnamon ½ tsp

Place stoned cherries over the surface and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

6. 

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
