Recipe

1. 

onion  pork lard 1 oz (30 g)  water 2 tbsp

Peel the onion, cut finely and put in a pot with melted fat. Fry and stir from time to time for almost half an hour. The onion must lightly darkened and not burnt. If necessary, you can add a little water.

2. 

beef neck 1.1 lb (500 g)  light beer 10 tbsp (150 ml)  salt 1 tsp  goulash pepper 2 tsp  water 3.4 cup (800 ml)

Wash the beef, cut into cubes, add to the onion and simmer. Add beer, water, salt, season and cook until the meat is almost soft.

3. 

pork shoulder 1.1 lb (500 g)  tomato paste 1.7 cup (400 ml)  hot pepper paste  water  garlic 8 cloves  salt

Wash the pork, cut into cubes and add to the beef. Add tomato and pepper paste. If the water has evaporated a lot during the cooking of the first meat, add it. Cook until the meat softens. Finally add the crushed garlic and salt.

Serve with steamed dumplings.
