whipping cream (30-33% fat)1.1cup250milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

potatoes 2 lb (900 g)

Peel and wash the potatoes.

2. 

Cut the potatoes into slices about 2 mm thick.

3. 

semi-hard cheese, aging 3.5 oz (100 g)

Grate the cheese finely.

4. 

unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  salt 4 pinches  ground black pepper 4 pinches

Put about a quarter of the potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet. Salt, season, sprinkle with a third of the cheese and pour over a quarter of the cream.

6. 

The same way create two more layers and finally the last fourth, but without the cheese.

7. 

Bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.
