plums1.3lb600grams
powdered sugar4.5oz125grams

sugar granulated1tbsp1tablespoon
unsalted butter4.5oz125grams

vanilla sugar1pk1pack
whole milk 3.5%1.05quart1litre

 

Recipe

1. 

milled rice 8.75 oz (250 g)  whole milk 3.5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  vanilla sugar 1 pk

Wash the rice, add to milk, add vanilla sugar and cook while stirring frequently. Let cool.

2. 

plums 1.3 lb (600 g)  ground cinnamon 1 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tbsp

Remove the stones from plums and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

3. 

unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)  powdered sugar 4.5 oz (125 g)

Mix butter with sugar.

egg yolk 5 pcs

Add yolks.

Mix in the cooled rice and plums.

6.

Put the pudding in a tall baking dish, greased with butter. Bake for about 45-50 minutes at 670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)).

7. 

egg white 5 pcs  powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Whip egg whites until egg white snow forms and add the sugar.

8. 

Spread the egg white snow on the pudding and bake for a while.
