Recipe

1. 

apples 8.75 oz (250 g)  puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)  sugar granulated 1.5 oz (40 g)  ground cinnamon 1.5 tsp

Clean the apples and grate coarsely. Roll out the strudel dough on a baking sheet. The paper on which it was rolled serves as baking paper. Layer the squeezed apples on one edge of the dough, but not too close to the edge. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

cream curd 12.25 oz (350 g)  vanilla sugar 1 oz (30 g)

Mix the cream curd with vanilla sugar and spread on top of the apples.

3. 

Place that part of dough without the filling over the filling..

4. 

chicken egg 1 pc

...spread with whipped egg and close the cake with the smaller edge.

5. 

Use a sharp knife to cut the grid on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 735°F (390°C)F (390°F (200°C)) for 20 minutes. Cut after cooling.
