A simple and tasty recipe for tofu.

1. 

mushrooms 10.5 oz (300 g)  white tofu 5.25 oz (150 g)  apples 10.5 oz (300 g)

Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut the tofu into smaller squares or rectangles, but not too thin so that they do not crumble when skewing on the skewer. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into smaller pieces. Tofu, mushrooms and apples are alternately skewered.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour  chicken egg 4 pcs  salt 0.5 tsp

From milk, plain flour (add as needed), eggs and salt, prepare a medium-thick dough.

3. 

cooking oil

Heat oil in a pan, immerse the tofu skewer in the dough, remove and quickly put in the oil, fry covered for 5 minutes.

4. 

Turn the tofu and fry uncovered until goldbrown from the other side.

5. 

Serve with boiled potatoes and tartar sauce or vegetable salad.
