onion2.75oz80grams
pork lard1.5oz40grams
salt0.5tsp½teaspoon
semolina3.5oz100grams
water1.05quart1litre
water1.7cup400milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

chicken egg 1 pc  semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)

Before cooking the soup, prepare the strouhanička (noodles). Put semolina into a bowl and add an egg.

2. 

Knead tough dough, let it rest for a while...

... and grate it coarsely. Let it dry, loosely spread on baking paper.

4. 

dried mushrooms 1.75 oz (50 g)  water 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  salt 0.5 tsp

Put the dried mushrooms into the pot (you can cut larger pieces) and add water. Stir and pour off the water. Pour the prescribed amount of water, add salt, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  pork lard 1.5 oz (40 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.75 oz (20 g)

Clean the onion, cut it finely and fry in fat. Add flour and fry briefly.

6. 

water 1.7 cup (400 ml)

Add water and cook to roux.

7. 

Pour the roux into the soup (do not strain). Stir ...

8. 

...and add about half of strouhanička.

9. 

Cook, stirring occasionally 8 minutes. Finally add the chopped parsley.
