Oyster Mushroom Goulash with Potatoes

     

Simple recipe for preparation of oyster mushroom goulash with potatoes.

1. 

olive oil 4 PL  onion 8.75 oz (250 g)

Finely chop or mix the onion, saute in hot olive oil.

2. 

oyster mushroom 14 oz (400 g)  potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt  ground red paprika  goulash pepper

Add chopped oyster mushrooms and cut potatoes, salt, ground red paprika, goulash seasoning and steam all together for a while (until the water in electric ketle comes to boil).

3.

Pour boiling water over the mixture in a saucepan, and cook the goulash for about 20 minutes over medium heat.

4. 

garlic 1 ks  vegetable salt

Finally add in pressed garlic, vegetable salt and according to the need and consistency of the goulash you can also pour in a water and let it all boil together.
