smoked bacon-

Recipe

1. 

pork thigh 2.6 lb (1200 g)  salt 2.5 tsp

Wash the pork thigh and spread with salt.

Add pieces of bacon.

Cut a grid on the meat.

garlic 6 cloves

Clean and press the garlic. Rub the garlic into the meat.
