Recipe
1.
all-purpose flour / plain flour 7 oz (200 g) • powdered sugar 2.75 oz (75 g) • coffee instant 2 tsp • ground almonds 1.75 oz (50 g) • salt 1 pinch • unsalted butter 5.25 oz (150 g) • chicken egg 1 pc
Pour flour, sugar, coffee and ground almonds into the bowl. Add pinch of salt, butter and egg.

Knead the dough and place in fridge to rest for an hour.

Take the dough out, form the cylinder which must be cut into 30 equal pieces. Work each piece into the ball shape. Place balls on the tray covered with baking paper in adequate distance. Then press them down with hand into the small flat shape.

With opposite side of wooden spoon make a hollow in the centre of cake. Bake biscuits in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Fill the hollow in biscuits with melted chocolate.

7.
Melt dark chocolate topping and after hardening of white chocolate in hollows, dip biscuits partly into the dark chocolate.
