Recipe

1. Dough preparation

pastry flour / soft flour 1.1 lb (500 g)  powdered sugar 7 oz (200 g)  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3 tbsp  baking powder for gingerbread 0.5 pk  lemon peel  bicarbonate 0.5 tsp

Use all the ingredients to work dough.

2. Forming of dough

Then press the dough through decorative shape on meat grinder.

3. 

In case we do not have decorative shapes on the meat grinder, we can cut the pastry with dough cutters.

4. Baking

Bake them placed on baking foil for about 6-8 minutes at 300°F (150°C)-355°F (180°C) C.

5. Decorating

chocolate topping 1 pk

Dip pastry in the melted chocolate topping.
