Tasty and fluffy vegetable fritters with cheese.

Rinse cauliflower and broccoli under tap water and chop into small pieces.

Add cauliflower and broccoli, fry for a while and add water. Braise covered for about 20 minutes until almost tender.
Meanwhile stir in a bowl milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, breadcrumbs and finely grated cheese.
Add this prepared mixture to the braised cauliflower and broccoli mixture.
Season with salt, mixed dried vegetables, pepper, nutmeg and stir well.
From the mixture form fritters and coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
Place the cooked fritters on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Serve with mashed potatoes and favorite vegetables.
