semi skimmed milk 1,5%3.25tbsp0.05litre
sunflower oil-
vegetable salt1tsp1teaspoon
water1.3cup300milliliters

1. 

cauliflower 1 pc  broccoli 1 pc

Rinse cauliflower and broccoli under tap water and chop into small pieces.

2. 

onion 1 pc  sunflower oil

Cook finely chopped onion in a hot oil.

3. 

water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Add cauliflower and broccoli, fry for a while and add water. Braise covered for about 20 minutes until almost tender.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs  flour medium 4 tbsp  breadcrumbs 4 tbsp  Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 tsp

Meanwhile stir in a bowl milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, breadcrumbs and finely grated cheese.

Add this prepared mixture to the braised cauliflower and broccoli mixture.

salt 0.25 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  vegetable salt 1 tsp  ground nutmeg 0.25 tsp

Season with salt, mixed dried vegetables, pepper, nutmeg and stir well.

7. 

breadcrumbs

From the mixture form fritters and coat them in the breadcrumbs.

8. 

cooking oil

Fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown.

9. 

Place the cooked fritters on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

10. 

Serve with mashed potatoes and favorite vegetables.
