white tofu 14 oz (400 g)
Cut the tofu into slices about 1 cm thick and gently dry with a kitchen paper towel.
Spread the tofu with oil, pressed garlic, curry and salt from both sides.
Put the tofu in a bowl on top of each other and let to marinate in the cold for 2 hours.
After, fry in a grill pan from both sides.
You can serve with potatoes or salad, or with both side dishes at the same time.
