Grilled sepia

Easy favorite meal, well known mainly to vacationists and citizens of the coastal Mediterranean zone. But materials are available in the better supplied stores all over the world.

1. 

sepia 1.3 lb (600 g)

Clean sepia and remove hard parts of head. Season with salt and let it rest for 5 minutes. Rinse under cold water.

2. 

water 1.5 l  salt 1 tsp

Put it in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes.

3. 

garlic 2 cloves  olive oil 1 tbsp  salt  ground black pepper

Brush it with a little oil, pressed garlic. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Grill it over medium heat until golden.

4. 

leek 5.25 oz (150 g)

If you are using pan, add a little bit of chopped leeks for the last few minutes to prevent burning.

5. 

Serve with bread or light salad. Do not forget to serve it with a quarter of lemon.
