Monkfish with green pesto

monkfish 1.3 lb (600 g)
Wash the monkfish, dry it with a paper towel and remove the skin. Cut it into about 1.5 cm thick slices.

pesto green 1 tbsp • ground black pepper • salt • lemon-juice 1 tbsp • cashew nuts 1.75 oz (50 g)
Cover each slice evenly with pesto, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice, lightly sprinkle with crushed cashew nuts.

Put the monkfish fillets prepared in this way into the bottom container of the steamer, into which you add garlic cutted into smaller pieces.

Place the broccoli florets in the next part of the steamer. Let the broccoli and fish steam for 20 minutes. Serve the broccoli with the fish and garnish with basil leaves.
