Tasty balls full of vitamins and minerals. Very suitable for a healthy Christmas sweets eating.

1. 

dates 3.5 oz (100 g)

Soak the dates in water for 30 minutes.

2. 

dried plums 1.75 oz (50 g)

Pour the water from the dates off, put the stones away, place them in a deeper bowl, add the plums and mix as best as possible with an immersion mixer.

3. 

coconut oil 1 oz (25 g)

Add coconut oil.

4. 

ground poppy seeds 2.75 oz (75 g)  sunflower seeds 2.75 oz (75 g)

Put the mixture on the deep plate and add the poppy seeds and sunflower seeds with your fingers.

5. 

Create smaller balls...

... and put them in small baskets. Store in a cool place.
