flax seeds2tsp2teaspoon
grated coconut3.5oz100grams

 

Recipe

1. 

grated coconut 3.5 oz (100 g)  coconut milk 1 oz (30 g)  coconut oil 1.5 oz (40 g)

Mix coconut, coconut milk and oil.

2. 

dates 7 oz (200 g)  coconut milk 3.5 oz (100 g)  flax seeds 2 tsp

Grind flax seeds and mix them with dates and coconut milk.

3. 

Press half of the coconut mixture (it is quite crumbly) on a plastic board into the shape of a rectangle 20 x 18 cm. Spread date paste on coconut ...

4. 

... and press it gently with your fingers into the coconut layer.

5. 

Layer the other half of the coconut mixture ...

6. 

...and press gently again.

7. 

Cover the created mixture with foil, then with a board and turn over.

8. 

Cut the coconut-date layer in half lengthwise and roll two rolls with the help of aluminum foil up. Put them in the freezer for an hour.

9. 

Take the rolls out...

10. 

...and cut them. You can put the rolls into paper baskets.
