oak raisins in hot water, let it rest for a while and then pour off the water. Peel apples, get ridof the seeds. Cut approximately 100g of apples into small sqaures and add lemon juice. Mix 50 g of yogurt with cinnamon.
Grate the remaining apples, mix it with sugas and vanilla sugar, oil, pinch of salt and remaining yogurt and eggs. Add the mixture of yogurt and cinnamon.
Add wet mixture to the flour mixture and swared apples and raisins.
Grease the muffin tin and pour the dough to it. Bake for 25 min at 355°F (180°C).
