1. 

flour medium 7 oz (200 g)  sweet almond kernels 2.75 oz (80 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 3 tsp

Mix flour, ground almodns and baking powder.

2. 

raisins 2 oz (60 g)  apples 7 oz (200 g)  lemon-juice 2 tsp  fruit yogurt  10 tbsp (150 ml)  ground cinnamon 2 tsp

oak raisins in hot water, let it rest for a while and then pour off the water. Peel apples, get ridof the seeds. Cut approximately 100g of apples into small sqaures and add lemon juice. Mix 50 g of yogurt with cinnamon.

3. 

sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)  vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g)  salt  chicken egg 2 pcs  sunflower oil 8 tbsp

Grate the remaining apples, mix it with sugas and vanilla sugar, oil, pinch of salt and remaining yogurt and eggs. Add the mixture of yogurt and cinnamon.

4. 

Add wet mixture to the flour mixture and swared apples and raisins.

5. 

Grease the muffin tin and pour the dough to it. Bake for 25 min at 355°F (180°C).
