1. Preparing dough

flour medium 1.1 lb (500 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  unsalted butter 10.5 oz (300 g)  fresh yeast 1 oz (30 g)  sugar granulated 0.75 oz (20 g)  salt 0.25 oz (5 g)

Add flour, pour warm milk, add the crumbled yeast ,softened butter, sugar and salt. Let the prepared dough rise for about 30 minutes.

After rising, roll the dough on the floured board.
