Cheese Roulade

     

Salty cheese delicacy mostly prepared at New Year's Eve and for different celebrations.

1. Cooking of cheese

semi-hard cheese with 45% fat 12.25 oz (350 g)

Place semi-hard cheese with 45% fat into the plastic bag, dip into the boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes until soften.

Meanwhile the cheese is cooking, hard boil the eggs and finely cut all ingredients.

lean salami 5.25 oz (150 g)  onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  sterilized sour cucumber 2.5 oz (70 g)  processed cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  unsalted butter 4.5 oz (130 g)  salt ¼ tsp  ground black pepper ¼ tsp  parsley leaves  horseradish 1 tsp

Blend chopped salami, onion, gherkins, hard boiled eggs with cheese and butter. Season with salt, black pepper, parsley leaves and horseradish.

Place cooked, soften cheese on aluminium foil and roll out into the rectangle.

Spread with prepared filling...

... and carefully roll up.

Wrap the roll into the aluminium foil and let it chill down.

8. 

Before serving unwrap the roulade from aluminium foil and cut into the 1 cm slices. Decorate with vegetable and serve with bread rolls.
