Recipe

1. 

chicken livers 5.25 oz (150 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs

Remove membrane from chicken liver or from pork liver, wash it and chop it finely.

2. 

Add eggs and mix.

3. 

If we want to have dumplings without large or small pieces of liver, we mix the liver with a hand blender.

4. 

semolina 3.5 oz (100 g)

Stir semolina in. Let the dough rest for a while, semolina will swell.

5. 

water  salt

In pot bring to boil water with salt and use a teespoon to put dumplings in.

6. 

Cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes.
