Dinkel wheat - potatoes halushky with semolina

    

It is suitable as a side dish to gulash, perkelt or sauces. Also suitable as a separate sweet dish with poppy seeds and sugar, or as salt dish with bryndza and bacon.

1. 

semolina 7 oz (200 g)  wholemeal spelt flour 2 oz (60 g)

Put semolina and dinkel flour into a bowl.

2. 

potatoes 14 oz (400 g)

Peel the potatoes, grate and add them to the flour together with egg.

3. 

water

Add water and knead a medium-solid dough.

4. 

water  salt

Bring salted water to boil in the pot. Rub the dough through the halushky strainer into the water.

5. 

When halushky float to the surface, cook them for 8 minutes.

6. 

pork lard 1 tbsp

Strain, rinse quickly under cold water, let them drip and put in a bowl where you grease them and mix.
