Recipe

1. 

potatoes 3.3 lb (1500 g)  water  salt

Wash the whole, middle sized potatoes, if necessary, remove dirty parts - sprouts and so on. Cook prepared potatoes in a water with salt until become semisoft. For about 15-20 minutes, it depends on size of used potatoes.

2. 

Discard the water and cut potatoes longwise into the quarters to eighths - no matter how we will succeed. Place them on the tray covered with baking paper.

3. 

sunflower oil 4 tbsp

Pour lightly olive oil over the prepared potatoes and bake at preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for about 45 minutes. Using the kitchen tools turn them on the tray several times during the baking. After baking add salt to taste.
