1. Preparing filling
We pour a hot milk over the mixed poppy seeds, add vanilla sugar, powder sugar, cinnamon and process until smooth.
We roll out the puff pastry at thickness circa 3-5 mm, we cover it with jam and we top it all with poppy seed filling. We scatter the pitted rasberries.
Roll out the dough to a rectangle.

Brush the surface of the dough with whisked egg.
Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C)-390°F (200°C). Bake the strudels in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the crust is browned.
Dust with stiff powder sugar.
