ground poppy seeds1oz30grams
oat flakes1oz25grams
raisins1oz30grams
raspberries1.75oz50grams
water6.75tbsp100milliliters
whole milk 3.5%10tbsp150milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

oat flakes 1 oz (25 g)  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Pour water to oat flakes and bring to a boil.

2. 

raisins 1 oz (30 g)

Add washed raisins ...

whole milk 3.5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)

... and milk. Cook for a while ...

4. 

ground poppy seeds 1 oz (30 g)

... and add the poppy. Cook for a while and put away from cooker.

5. 

raspberries 1.75 oz (50 g)

Stir half of the raspberries into the porridge, decorate with other half of raspberries.
