semi skimmed milk 1,5%10tbsp1.5decilitre
sugar granulated0.5tbsp½tablespoon
water¾cup2decilitres

 

Recipe

1. 

oat flakes 5 tbsp  water ¾ cup (200 ml)  fig dried 5 pcs

Cook the flakes with chopped dried figs in water on a low heat for 5 minutes.

2. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)  sugar granulated 0.5 tbsp

Add milk, sugar and cook, stirring constantly, for another 5-10 minutes until the porridge thickens. If it is too thick, add milk as needed and overcook.
