1. 

oat flakes 1 oz (30 g)  water ¾ cup (200 ml)  flax seeds 1 tsp

Pour water over the flakes, add ground flax seeds and cook until thickened.

2. 

whole milk 3.5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add milk, bring to a boil and put aside. Let cool.

3. 

honey  1 tbsp

Stir honey into the lukewarm porridge.

4. 

kiwi 2 pcs

Peel and mash the kiwi.

5. 

grated coconut  almonds

Serve the porridge on a plate, put the prepared kiwi on top, garnish with coconut and almonds.
