Recipe

1. 

pork loin 1.3 lb (600 g)  plum jam 2 tbsp  soy sauce 1 tbsp  salt  allspice 0.5 tsp

Lightly salt the cutlets and coat from both sides in plum jam mixed with soy sauce and allspice.

2. 

Put the cutlets in the lower container of the steamer, steam for 30 minutes. While the cutlets are steaming, prepare a side dish.

3. 

ice salad 1 pc  fresh chili pepper 1 pc  garlic 1 clove  pumpkin oil 1 tbsp  ground black pepper  apple cider vinegar

Cut the salad into smaller pieces, add chopped chili pepper and finely chopped garlic. Season the salad with black pepper, drizzle with pumpkin oil and season with apple vinegar.
