dried mushrooms3.5oz100grams
ground caraway0.5tsp½teaspoon
pork loin1.1lb500grams
salt0.5tsp½teaspoon
sunflower oil3tbsp3tablespoon
water2.1cup500milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

dried mushrooms 3.5 oz (100 g)  pork loin 1.1 lb (500 g)

Place dry mushrooms in a bowl, pour water over and keep aside. Wash pork meat, cut into the cutlets and slightly pound it.

2. 

sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Heat the oil in the skillet, put cutlets in and fry on all sides.

3. 

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  salt 0.5 tsp  ground caraway 0.5 tsp

Add drained mushrooms, salt and caraway. Pour stock or water over all in the skillet and braise until the meat is tender.

4. 

water 1.1 cup (250 ml)  corn starch 1 tbsp

Stir thoroughly corn starch in a water, add into the meat and let it bring to the boil.
