1. Dough preparation

flour medium 8.75 oz (250 g)  unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)  salt  sugar granulated 1.5 oz (40 g)  chicken egg 1 pc

Pour the flour into a larger bowl, add sugar, pinch of salt, chopped butter and egg. Work the smooth dough and let it rest in a cold place for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into the round-shape sheet (the best between two clingfilms), place into the round cake pan greased with the butter. Stretch the edges up to the height cca 2cm.

3. Prep of cream cheese filling

dry curd cottage 1.7 lb (750 g)  sugar granulated 5.25 oz (150 g)  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  corn starch 1.75 oz (50 g)  egg yolk 4 pcs  honey  4 tbsp

Place the cream cheese into a smaller bowl, add sugar, melted butter, egg yolks, starch flour and honey.

Blend all together well.

5. Whisking of egg whites

egg white 4 pcs

Beat the egg whites until fluffy and slightly stir into the cream cheese filling. Pour the mixture over the dough.

Bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) until it is golden-brown.
