A popular Szeged goulash, this time with beef and lots of cream. Serve with dumplings or bread. As you like it:) ... you will definitely enjoy it all! We recommend using sauerkraut with wine, it is delicious!

Recipe

1. 

onion 8.75 oz (250 g)  pork lard 1 tbsp

Peel and cut the onion and fry it in fat.

2. 

beef foreleg 1.8 lb (800 g)  salt 2 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp  water 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Wash the beef, cut it into cubes and add to the onion. Add salt, pepper, water and simmer until soft (about 1.5 hours).

3. 

sauerkraut- finely chopped cabbage (fermented)

Add sauerkraut (sauerkraut with wine is very tasty in this recipe).

4. 

Stir and cook for 20-25 minutes.

5. 

sour cream (fat 14-18%)  whole milk 3.5% 1.7 cup (400 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.5 tbsp

Mix the thick cream with milk and a little flour.

6. 

Add cream to sauerkraut with meat, mix and cook.
