dried mushrooms0.5oz15grams
ground black pepper0.5tsp½teaspoon
ground red paprika1tsp1teaspoon
paprika5.25oz150grams
red onion4.25oz120grams
salt1tsp1teaspoon
sunflower oil3tbsp3tablespoon
water-

 

Recipe

1. 

red onion 4.25 oz (120 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

2. 

beef foreleg 14 oz (400 g)

Wash the meat and cut into slices.

3. 

Add the meat to the onion and stir.

4. 

salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  ground red paprika 1 tsp

Add salt and spices.

Pour water over the meat and stew covered for 45 minutes.

dried mushrooms 0.5 oz (15 g)

Wash the mushrooms and soak them in water.

7. 

paprika 5.25 oz (150 g)

Clean, wash and cut the paprika finely.

8. 

After 45 minutes add mushrooms and peppers to the meat, add a little water as needed, stir...

9. 

...and stew until the meat softens (approximately 45 minutes).
